My whole life I was a night owl. Staying up late to “day dream”, process my thoughts, make art, listen to music and write the most impressive last minute essays.

I loved the creative and introspective nighttime, but waking all night and sleeping all day wreaks havoc on your body, brain and hormones. Even if you don’t think it’s affecting you...it is.

A few years ago, I easily shifted to a morning person. Waking up without an alarm: well-rested, energized and enthusiastic! I never even thought that was possible!

Later today, I’m going to share my secret for making that shift.
