Another one on point @bymariandrew! This time not just about healing, but also identity, love and acceptance. I definitely used to tear myself down for not being perfect. I thought the point of it all was to strive for some imaginary ideal. (Didn't help that I have always been an end range INFP.) It took me 31 years, many mental breakdowns, multiple autoimmune disorder struggles, 2 bachelor degrees, a doctorate and 2 unconditionally loving parents to admit I don't know anything and every moment is an opportunity to be humble and learn something new. I got to this place of peace with consistent chiropractic care, real food, homeopathy and lots of love. And I continue to turn to these things as I fall and rise on a daily basis. Today, I proudly display My Mosaic of Imperfection that includes my colorful pieces as a doctor, artist, designer, writer, speaker, healer, bodyworker, teacher, patient, student, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, lover, dogmama, board game enthusiast, globetrotter, computer nerd, spreadsheet extraordinaire, dual citizen. All that definitely doesn't fit into one perfect little vase! ️ xoxoxo Dr. Natasha .
